      I just discovered this amasing little gem through <a href="http://www.hanselman.com/blog/PermaLink,guid,38b1a17e-cd44-4284-9fb0-15f1de764bf9.aspx">Scott</a>.
      It's called <a href="http://stevemiller.net/puretext/">PureText</a>, and what it does
      is convert the clipboard's formatted text to unformatted text before pasting it to
      the current window.
   </p>
        <p>
      By default, it binds to the Win-V key sequence. For example, you select some text
      on a web page, then press Win-V in a new email, and it will paste the unformatted
      text, without the web page's formatting. I already can see great use when pasting
      code from VS.NET! It will save me extra steps.
   </p>
